I am passionate about fostering personal growth and transformation through behavior therapy. My journey began as a therapy consumer, where I experienced firsthand the profound impact that understanding and addressing behavioral patterns can have on one’s life. This transformative experience ignited a desire within me to help others navigate their own challenges and achieve positive change.
As a provider, I dedicate myself to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their thoughts and behaviors. I believe in the inherent potential of every person, and I strive to support them in developing healthier habits, enhancing their emotional well-being, and ultimately leading more fulfilling lives.
